Dear Comrades
The Communist Party of Armenia warmly congratulates you on the occasion of the 21st Congress of the Communist Party of Greece, who upholds the best traditions of the millennial culture of the Greek people, and holds the flag of internationalism high. Despite the total attacks on the communist parties especially after the collapse of the USSR, and the victory of counter-revolutionaries in Central and Western Europe. The Communist Party of Greece was one of the few parties that were able to quickly reorganize, and stay true to ideals, and again took the flag of the workers and the struggle with honour.
