Dear Comrades,

CP of Norway express our Proletarian Internationalist Greetings to the 21st Congress of the KKE in Athens June 24th - 27th 2021.

CP of Norway highly appreciate the important role the KKE has taken initiating and regrouping the international Communist and Workers Parties in the 21 IMCWP since the counter-revolution in the Central and Eastern Europe and the USSR.

KKE elaborated your Programme, enriched your programmatic conceptions of Socialism-Communism. You studied and drew conclusions from the course of socialist construction, focusing mainly on the USSR, and identified the causes of the counter-revolutionary overthrow.

The CC of the KKE has published 3 texts of the Theses:

1. The Party as the guide of the revolutionary labor  movement, the social alliance, in the struggle for Socialism-Communism.
2. The current international reality, the political-military framework. The situation in the international Communist movement and activity of  the KKE.

3. "The class structure of the Greek society. The condition of the working class. The course of the labor-trade union movement. The social alliance and the intervention of the KKE".
Another capitalist crisis is beeing unfolded and inter-imperialist competition is sharpening across the world.

Your 21st Congress will elaborate and demonstrate to the broad workers' popular forces the important role of the KKE as a strong organized ideological-political workers' - people's vanguard, a vehicle of new ideas of revolutionary social perspective, a response to the major issues that have accumulated and persistently demand to be resolved in the 21st century.
Comrades in KKE, CP of Norway wish you success in your work, and is looking forward to learn from the important conclusions of your 21st Congress!
