Comrades!
The Galizan People’s Union (UPG) sends its
fraternal greetings to the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) on the eve of your
XXI Congress convened under the banner ‘Strong KKE. Heart, Mind, Organiser of
Workers’ People’s Struggle under Socialism’, convinced that the debates and conclusions
reached will endow you with renewed energy to overcome the stark challenges
which lie ahead.
More than ever, unity of action and
international solidarity are vital to withstand and overcome the forces of
capitalism and imperialism and you will find in the UPG a sister party,
upholding the defence of national sovereignty as a first step along the road to
socialism by securing the right of the people to decide its own future free
from outside pressures.
We wish you all the best for your XXI Congress and look forwards to receiving and studying the approved documents.
