In the following link you can find the message of greetings published in the newsportal of KKE in greek:
Dear comrades,
On the occasion of the 21stCongress of the Communist Party of Greece (KKE), which is to be held from the 24thtill the 27thof June in Athens, we send you comradely greetings from the communists of the Netherlands.
Your Congress is held in a period that the communist movement throughout the whole world faces new challenges. The global capitalist economic crisis, that was accelerated by the COVID 19 pandemic, affects especially the working class, as the capitalists and bourgeois governments prepare further attacks on social rights. Meanwhile, the contradictions between imperialist powers and the contradictions of capitalism itself are increasing. These problems prove the need for a strong,class-oriented labour movement. They prove the need for a strong communist party in every countryas the vanguard of the working class, ready to represent its interests.
The international communist movement still faces many challenges. The inter-imperialistic contradictions that have been increasing demand the need for the communist parties to safeguard the struggle and principles of socialism. The political and ideological strengthening of the international communist movement passes through fighting opportunism and not having illusions with bourgeois rhetoric in disguise. Thus further developing the revolutionary ideological-political line.
It is important for the communist parties to work together, to exchange their views and experiences on the basis of Marxism-Leninism. In the past decades, the KKE made important contributions by taking the initiative for organising countless international meetings, such as International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties (IMCWP) and the European Communist Meetings to which both the NCPN and the KKE contribute, but many others as well.
We know that the KKE and its youth organisations, the KNE, tirelessly fight at the forefront of the struggles for the interests of the working class in Greece. The theses of the CC for the 21st Congress contain valuableanalyses. We are confident that that they will result in a fruitful discussion, and that the decisions of your Congress will contribute to strengthening of the struggles of the KKE and the working class in Greece.
In the spirit of proletarian internationalism and solidarity, the Netherlands and the New Communist Party of the Netherlands wishes great success with the 21st Congress of the KKE. By the strengthening of our parties we will be able to overcome the challenges presented by the current situation and come closer to overthrowing the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie and establishing socialism-communism.
Comradely,
International Bureau of the New Communist Party of the Netherlands (NCPN)
